Message	pay cash, but one of the easiest ways to get someone to meet the price you want, is to have it right there in front of their face. if you go to him and say i have $10k right here, and show if the cash/cashier's check, he may want to meet it right then b/c he knows you have it right then. people change their minds quickly when larger amounts of money are visible in front of them. its worked for me twice. :)
